  • You need an active checking account that is at least three months old.

To complete your loan, please bring the following items:

  • An unused check and your most recent statement from that account.
  • Your last two paystubs.
  • A valid driver’s license or other state issued photo ID.
  • A current home phone or cell phone bill and another utility bill with your address on it.
  • Names, addresses and phone numbers for 3 local references (that do not live with you).
